NY, Rochester -- clues?

Does anyone have the clues for the two boxes in Rochester, NY,
"SpidermanXstreme" and "Treasure Fairy"? The entries on the LbNA
website are incomplete and my one attempt to Contact the Placer has
gone unanswered.

Rustypuff and I will be in Rochester for the holidays and we'd really
like to look for these boxes.
